My Rate Sheet
Add work you price the same way every time. Your price is
what the customer pays — it goes on your sheet exactly as you type it, and
future quotes use it automatically. You still check every quote before it goes out.

Forgot something? Pick the job — it files into the same folder at home.
Before you hit record, tell the customer: “I’m going to record and take pictures as we walk through, so your quote comes out exact and we both have a record — that okay?”
Their okay lands on the recording.
