Add work you price the same way every time. Your price is
what the customer pays β it goes on your sheet exactly as you type it, and
future quotes use it automatically. You still check every quote before it goes out.

Before you hit record, tell the customer: βIβm going to record and take pictures as we walk through, so your quote comes out exact and we both have a record β that okay?β
